Internship Requirements – Customer Communication Department
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic students to join our Customer Communication Department. Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to handle enquiries and interact with patients or customers confidently
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and social media platforms)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit for the full internship duration as required by the institution
- Preferrably male candidate
We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our pharmacy team. Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy or related field (SPM with relevant experience may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Friendly, patient-focused, and attentive to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Basic computer skills for dispensing systems and record keeping
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
